Refund Policy

Edjuvenate is committed to providing a high-quality educational experience. If you are not satisfied with our services, we offer the following refund policy:
 
Refunds for Educational Institutes
  • Annual Subscriptions: Schools that purchase annual subscriptions may request a refund within the first 30 days of the subscription period. After 30 days, refunds will not be granted.
  • Individual Plans: Schools that purchase individual plans for their students may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
 
Refunds for Students
  • Individual Plans: Students who purchase individual plans may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
 
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at admin@edjuvenate.com. You will be required to provide your order number and reason for the refund.
 
Exceptions
  • Custom Plans: Refunds are not available for custom plans that have been tailored to specific school or student needs.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as live tutoring or workshops, may be non-refundable.
  • Late or Incomplete Requests: Refunds may not be granted if the request is received after the specified refund window or if the required information is incomplete.
