• School Use: Schools may use Edjuvenate's services for educational purposes only. Schools are responsible for ensuring that their students and staff comply with these Terms and Conditions.

• Student Use: Students may use Edjuvenate's services only as authorized by their school. Students are responsible for their own actions while using the platform.

3. Intellectual Property

• Edjuvenate Content: All content on Edjuvenate, including datasets, software, and materials, is the property of Edjuvenate and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• School and Student Content: Schools and students may create their own content within Edjuvenate, but they grant Edjuvenate a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing Edjuvenate's services.  

4. User Conduct

• Prohibited Conduct: Schools and students are prohibited from:

  • Using Edjuvenate for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

  • Impersonating another person or entity.

  • Harassing, threatening, or intimidating others.

  • Violating the intellectual property rights of others.  

  • Posting or transmitting any content that is harmful, offensive, or discriminatory.

5. Privacy

Edjuvenate is committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.  

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Edjuvenate provides the services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties or representations. Edjuvenate does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Edjuvenate be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the use of Edjuvenate's services.  

8. Amendments

Edjuvenate reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
